Treasury Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Monitor daily cash flow and analyze the organization's liquidity position.
• Manage cash management operations and forecast future cash requirements.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for necessary transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and minimize financial risk.
• Support treasury reporting processes for financial statements and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of cash management principles and banking operations.
• Experience with treasury software and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
