Senior Associate/Manager, Liquidity Management (Fintech)

What you will do

• Monitor trends and cash flows across payment products.
• Quantify liquidity risk and conduct analyses to support business decisions.
• Manage fund movements across operating bank accounts.
• Create and use dashboards and visualizations to communicate liquidity metrics and long-term trends.
• Draft and review treasury procedures and train the Operations team.
• Prepare and present reports on financial performance, liquidity, and risk, including recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–9 years of experience in treasury, liquidity operations, or financial operations.
• Client engagement experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage projects.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and report-writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple proactive and reactive tasks in a fast-changing environment.
