Senior Manager, Treasury Strategy & Middle Office (FinTech)

What you will do

• Develop funding, liquidity, capital management, and treasury investment strategies.
• Support the design and implementation of the Asset-Liability Management framework.
• Monitor interest rate, foreign exchange, liquidity, and other financial market risks.
• Design hedging strategies, conduct stress testing and scenario analysis, and recommend risk mitigation actions.
• Prepare treasury analytics, financial models, dashboards, and reports for senior management and governance committees.
• Partner with Business CFOs, Corporate Finance, Treasury, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Financial Risk Management, or Banking.
• Experience with funding, liquidity management, capital markets, treasury operations, or investment management.
• Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, banking, or a highly regulated environment is preferred.
• A master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics is an advantage.
