Location: Remote (United States)
Salary: $195,000–$294,000 annually, depending on experience

What you will do
- Own the product vision, lifecycle, and roadmap for tDesign, the central platform for small molecule drug discovery programs.
- Present product strategy, progress, and impact to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Understand medicinal chemistry and molecular design workflows and build features that reduce friction across the design-make-test-analyze cycle.
- Translate complex scientific and computational tools into intuitive, reliable user experiences.
- Coordinate scientific stakeholders with ML engineers, software engineers, and computational scientists.
- Integrate AI agents and automated workflows into the platform while monitoring adoption and program success metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, highly technical software products in a technology-first, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
- Experience building and managing complex internal tools or platforms for highly technical users.
- Ability to understand AI, machine learning, and computational concepts and translate them into user-facing features.
- Track record of shipping reliable, robust software in an agile environment.
- Ability to balance long-term product vision with immediate scientific and business needs.
Nice to have
- Experience expanding internal tools into external enterprise products, including defining requirements, SLAs, and client expectations.
- Experience partnering with SRE and DevOps teams to deliver highly available software in secure or client-hosted cloud environments such as VPCs.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and governance for sensitive proprietary datasets.
- Experience developing long-term product strategies for broader external user bases.
