Growth Marketing Channel Manager (Fintech)

Location: United States (Remote)

What you will do

• Own day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Google, including UAC, Search, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Manage budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion performance.
• Run high-volume creative testing with Social and Creative teams, iterating and scaling top-performing ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and scale successful campaigns while optimizing or pausing underperforming ones.
• Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, and Growth teams to improve tracking, attribution, and full-funnel performance.
• Build AI-native strategies for testing and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, or growth marketing in a B2C or fintech environment.
• Hands-on experience managing and scaling paid social and Google campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
• Experience running structured creative tests and translating insights into scalable growth strategies.
• Experience collaborating with analytics, product, and creative teams.
• AI fluency in daily workflows, with a proactive and execution-oriented approach.
