Genesys Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Phoenix, Arizona, Tuesday–Thursday onsite; remote candidates may be considered within the Pacific Time Zone

What you will do

• Design, configure, implement, test, and support Genesys Cloud contact center solutions.
• Build and optimize omnichannel environments covering voice, chat, messaging, and email.
• Lead projects supporting the growth and evolution of the contact center platform.
• Partner with Operations, Business, Technology, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Evaluate new Genesys Cloud capabilities and resolve platform issues with minimal operational disruption.
• Participate in on-call support and after-hours change management as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting and implementing contact center technologies.
• Hands-on Genesys Cloud experience, including interaction flow design, intelligent and predictive routing, outbound contact management, configuration, and administration.
• Experience with solution configuration, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• English is required for communication with staff at hirify.global offices worldwide.

Nice to have

• Genesys Cloud certifications, such as Certified Genesys Engineer.
• Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with API-driven CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or financial services.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, automation, or custom Genesys Cloud development.
• Experience supporting globally distributed, hybrid in-house and outsourced contact center organizations.
