What you will do

• Own the full delivery cycle for Salesforce and Conga CLM solutions supporting the Legal team, from discovery and requirements through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions, document requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and translate Legal needs into solution designs.
• Configure Salesforce flows, automation, data structures, layouts, permissions, security models, and Conga CLM templates and workflows.
• Manage the CLM backlog, troubleshoot defects, provide first-line support, and balance quick improvements with larger initiatives.
• Evaluate AI-powered legal intelligence integrations and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage deployments, sandbox environments, governance, and CLM data using Jira, Gearset, DemandTools, and CI/CD processes.

Requirements

• Current Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including Sales Cloud, account and contact management, opportunity management, reporting, dashboards, data structures, security models, permission sets, and profiles.
• Experience configuring Conga CLM contract templates, clause libraries, workflows, and approval processes.
• Business analysis experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and documenting development-ready specifications.
• Experience with Agile delivery, Jira or similar tools, test planning, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong communication, facilitation, prioritization, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or other Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Harvey, Ivo, Claude Enterprise, Gearset, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI, Informatica, or OIC.
• Background in Legal, Procurement, or Contract Management.
