Enterprise Information Systems Engineer

What you will do

• Own the technical infrastructure connecting Manufacturo, NetSuite, Mangrove, and other business-critical systems.
• Assess, select, configure, and administer enterprise tools, including modules, permissions, licenses, items, products, and user roles.
• Maintain and develop integrations, automation scripts in Manufacturo's Integrator module, and MES-to-MRV data pipelines.
• Investigate cross-system data anomalies, coordinate with domain owners, and implement integration-layer fixes.
• Write and maintain SQL queries for MRV and operational reporting, dashboards, CSVs, and live data connections.
• Support new process implementations, UAT, integration testing, go-live activities, documentation, and connected hardware such as printers, scanners, and tablets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in systems integration, MES/ERP administration, or manufacturing IT.
• Hands-on ERP experience; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing, maintaining, and quality-checking queries against relational data models.
• Familiarity with API integrations and middleware concepts.
• Basic scripting ability in C# or a comparable language, plus comfort using AI tools for development and debugging.
• Strong communication skills and understanding of information security best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Manufacturo, Mangrove, Ignition SCADA, industrial data systems, or third-party integration vendors.
• Background in manufacturing, biorefining, chemical processing, or another data-intensive industrial environment.
• Networking fundamentals, Security+ or ISC2 certifications, Google Cloud Platform infrastructure, GitHub, or development pipeline experience.
• Experience using Claude AI Coding Assistant.
