Senior IT Engineer (Enterprise AI)

Location: Remote in the United States; access to the Boston office is available.

Salary: $120,600–$159,170 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Own the configuration, health, security posture, integrations, and roadmap of core IT platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, Zoom, Slack, and automation platforms.
• Resolve complex escalations across Mac, Windows, Linux, and SaaS applications as a senior technical point of contact.
• Design scalable onboarding, offboarding, device lifecycle, access provisioning, and employee technology workflows.
• Operate hirify.global's enterprise AI platform, including SSO/SCIM, license management, MDM deployment, integrations, and complex issue support.
• Drive GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, documentation, runbooks, audits, remediation, and continuous IT process improvement.
• Mentor IT Engineers and collaborate with Security, GRC, CloudOps, Engineering, and legal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Significant progressive IT experience in systems administration or engineering, preferably in a SaaS-first or distributed environment.
• Deep knowledge of identity providers, MDM platforms, productivity suites, endpoint security, and SaaS administration at scale.
• Hands-on administration of macOS, Linux, and Windows, plus MDM platforms such as Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, or Fleet.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OIDC, SCIM, MFA/SSO architectures, and common identity threats.
• Experience owning cross-functional technical projects from planning through delivery and resolving complex support issues.
• Experience with GitOps, version control, pull requests, Infrastructure-as-Code, scripting, or automation; familiarity with enterprise AI platforms is required for the platform-support scope.

Nice to have

• Experience managing AWS compute, networking, IAM, backups, and monitoring.
• Experience with Pulumi or Terraform.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude Enterprise and MCP integrations.
