What you will do

• Use AI tools for sourcing review, research, interview preparation, note-taking, and pipeline reporting.
• Develop a clear recruiting strategy for each search, including target companies, candidate profiles, and outreach plans.
• Review résumés, conduct prescreens, and run technical or competency-based assessments.
• Manage offers and close finalists who may be considering competing opportunities.
• Deliver a fast, responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Advise hiring managers on search scope, compensation bands, candidate-market realities, and funnel performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
• Practical experience using LLMs for recruiting research, outreach, call summaries, or funnel analysis.
• Ability to independently qualify, screen, progress, and close technical candidates.
• Technical depth sufficient to have credible conversations with engineers about their work and ownership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with ownership, speed, and decisiveness in ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, or Juicebox.
• Experience scaling recruiting at an early-stage company.
