Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Fully remote, available for hire only in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia, United States

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery through interviews, user testing, market research, competitive analysis, analytics, and experimentation.
• Own Emma product initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch iteration, including backlog management and prioritization.
• Define problem statements, requirements, user flows, acceptance criteria, measurable outcomes, and appropriately scoped releases.
• Partner with engineering on planning, scope decisions, risk management, testing, and release readiness.
• Coordinate with product marketing, sales, customer success, and support on positioning, launches, demonstrations, enablement, and adoption.
• Measure product performance, prioritize improvements, communicate results, and use AI tools responsibly in product workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing software products, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience owning product initiatives from customer discovery and requirements through development, launch, and evaluation.
• Experience with customer interviews, user research, or usability testing.
• Strong product execution skills, including requirements writing, backlog management, acceptance criteria, and scope decisions.
• Analytical and technical fluency with product analytics, experimentation, performance metrics, integrations, APIs, platform architecture, and data flows.
• Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally in a distributed environment and communicate with technical and nontechnical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, martech, or distributed marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with organizations operating across multiple brands, business units, locations, or account hierarchies.
• Experience with Amplitude, Appcues, or similar product analytics platforms, or with AI-powered product capabilities.
