Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Fully remote for individuals based in the mainland United States or Canada

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 USD per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own the vision and end-to-end delivery of business objectives spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Work directly with customers to identify requests and uncover root causes behind their problems.
• Translate business goals, customer feedback, product analytics, and marketing and sales insights into feature specifications.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements.
• Manage analytics instrumentation and use data to guide product decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS companies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for a distributed, asynchronous environment.
• A technical background strong enough to understand how developers use the product.
• Experience leading features end-to-end from conception through release.
• Evidence-driven decision-making, accountability, openness to critique, and a growth mindset.
• Must be based in the mainland United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a frontend software engineer.
• Experience in developer tooling.
• Strong interest in UI, design, and the frontend ecosystem.
• Experience working effectively in a distributed, remote-first team.
