Senior Project Manager/Analyst (Spaceflight)

Location: Houston, United States; onsite at the Space Station Development Facility

What you will do

• Develop program plans and planning products covering product, organizational, and work breakdown structures, risk registers, schedules, costs, resources, and scope.
• Establish and maintain schedule, cost, resource, and scope baselines, including integrated schedules at product, system, and module levels.
• Manage financial planning, forecasting, budget tracking, project metrics, and strategic benefit realization.
• Coordinate with engineering, product management, program integration, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, goals, deliverables, and status.
• Lead Agile planning sessions and support efficient value-focused delivery across complex hardware and software development programs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, maintain project controls standards, and communicate progress and issues to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program agility, project management, or related roles.
• Experience managing large, complex programs or projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Experience working in Agile environments and translating Agile practices into effective scheduling.
• Project management coursework, principles, certification, or equivalent experience.
• Proof of U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency and the ability to complete a U.S. government background investigation are required.

Nice to have

• Expertise with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or similar scheduling tools.
• Advanced reporting experience, including custom reports, Power BI dashboards, and schedule analysis tools.
