Project Manager II, Aurora Support Operations (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Coppell, Texas, United States; hybrid work with regular office attendance. The application also states that this opportunity may require working from an hirify.global office 5 days per week and working shifts.

Salary: $83,000–$120,500 per year, plus annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead moderately complex cross-functional projects from definition through implementation and sustained adoption.
• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and success metrics across concurrent initiatives.
• Use operational metrics, performance trends, dashboards, and stakeholder feedback to identify and prioritize improvements.
• Coordinate Operations, Engineering, Safety, Product, and other partners to define requirements, resolve dependencies, and drive decisions.
• Develop scalable processes, standard operating procedures, and operating mechanisms for Command Center reliability and readiness.
• Plan and support the rollout of technologies, tools, workflows, and operational capabilities while reporting progress and outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong problem-solving, situational judgment, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Ability to use data, metrics, dashboards, or reporting tools to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Understanding of development operations and their relationship to commercial operations.
• Ability to work from the Coppell, Texas office and meet the role’s office-presence and shift requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous vehicles, technology, logistics, transportation, remote operations, teleoperations, or operational technology deployments.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, SQL, Python, or similar tools and methodologies.
