Senior Project Manager (Aerospace): Planning and executing aerospace projects from concept to completion with an accent on scope, schedules, budgets, customer relationships, and cross-functional technical coordination. Focus on managing full project lifecycles, mitigating scope creep and risks, overseeing satellite and payload programs, and meeting government export requirements.
Location: Hybrid, based in Webster, Texas, United States. Travel up to 30% may be required within the continental United States.

What you will do
- Plan and execute aerospace projects from concept through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and risks.
- Report project status to project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Identify and mitigate scope creep and other project risks.
- Lead cross-functional technical and project teams, including training and mentoring project management staff.
- Develop customer relationships and support comprehensive project proposals.
- Oversee supplier relationships and contract requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics, business, or a related listed field; a master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience leading projects through the full lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Experience with project management frameworks, tools, and software.
- Experience supporting government and commercial aerospace customers, including familiarity with launch vehicles and/or payload development.
- Experience with CubeSats, small satellites, or other space platforms or payloads across design, build, testing, analysis, launch, or operations.
- Applicants must be a U.S. Person and eligible to obtain any required U.S. export authorizations under ITAR and EAR regulations. PMP certification is required within six months of hire.
