IT Systems Engineer (AI/Robotics)

What you will do

• Design, administer, and scale IT architecture across Google Workspace, JAMF, Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, Okta, and CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Manage SSO, MFA, user lifecycle workflows, SaaS integrations, conditional access, role-based access controls, and least-privilege security.
• Deploy and support macOS, iOS, and Windows endpoints, including provisioning, patching, compliance checks, and security enforcement.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and act as an escalation point for complex identity, endpoint, workspace, and security incidents.
• Document systems, configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Automate IT and security workflows and support audits, security reviews, and incident response.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT systems engineering, systems administration, or a related role.
• Hands-on administration of Google Workspace, JAMF, Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, Okta, and CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows endpoint environments.
• Strong understanding of identity management, endpoint security, and modern IT architecture.
• Proven troubleshooting, documentation, and incident response skills.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations or after-hours support as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in zero-trust or security-first IT environments.
• Scripting or automation experience with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools, security alerting, or endpoint telemetry.
• Experience in fast-growing, startup, or highly regulated environments.
• Google, JAMF, Microsoft, Okta, or CrowdStrike certifications.
