People & Culture Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in or commutable to the Greater London Area, United Kingdom, with working hours aligned to the UK timezone; remote options are available if needed.

What you will do

• Partner strategically with business leaders to align People Operations strategy with business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage complex employee relations and employee experience issues while minimizing risk and maintaining trust.
• Identify opportunities for AI integration and lead change management for an AI-augmented workplace.
• Collaborate with the global HR team on international initiatives while incorporating regional and cultural context.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, HR data management, compliance, documentation, HR metrics, and HRIS-enabled process improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive People & Culture experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP or managerial role supporting global or cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience advising senior leaders on business strategy, organizational dynamics, talent development, and change management.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team and developing direct reports.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance practices in the region.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict-resolution, analytical, HRIS, and technology skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology consulting or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
