People & Culture Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in London or the Greater London Area, with remote options available if needed; working hours must align with the UK timezone.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic People Operations partner to business leaders, aligning people strategy with business challenges and objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, employee engagement, and regional HR process execution.
• Manage complex employee relations and employee experience escalations while minimizing risk and maintaining trust.
• Identify opportunities for AI integration, lead change management, and support employees in an AI-augmented workplace.
• Use HR analytics and metrics to support data-driven decisions and stakeholder reporting.
• Collaborate with the global HR team on international expansion, systems, policies, continuous improvement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in People & Culture, including at least 2 years in an HRBP or managerial role supporting global or cross-functional teams. Experience in technology consulting or related fields is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to advise senior leaders on business strategy, organizational dynamics, talent development, and change management.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team, including leading, coaching, and developing direct reports.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance practices in the region.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with emotional intelligence and discretion.
• Analytical skills and the ability to use HR metrics for decision-making.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and tools, with strong technology knowledge for improving HR processes.
