Head of HR Business Partners, Technology Talent

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; occasional travel required

Salary: $217,440–$339,750 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits

What you will do

• Translate enterprise, technology, AI, digital, and transformation priorities into one- to three-year workforce and talent strategies.
• Advise senior technology and transformation executives, including leaders in the CTO, Chief AI Officer, CIO, Enterprise Transformation Office, and product software organizations.
• Lead workforce planning covering future skills, critical capabilities, talent gaps, location strategy, build/buy/borrow decisions, and leadership pipelines.
• Shape people strategies for AI adoption, workflow redesign, responsible scaling, technology modernization, ERP and platform evolution, M&A integration, and organizational redesign.
• Strengthen organizational and leadership capability through organizational design, succession planning, executive coaching, leadership development, and capability-building.
• Lead Senior HR Business Partners and HR Business Partners, managing resources and budgets while improving strategic advisory delivery.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including typically 10+ years of increasing managerial responsibility in complex, global organizations.
• Experience advising C-suite or senior executive leaders and translating business priorities into workforce and talent strategies.
• Expertise in strategic workforce planning, talent management, succession, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership.
• Experience leading and developing senior HR professionals and directing complex initiatives through subordinate leaders and teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen, executive presence, consulting, coaching, and communication capabilities.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
