Regional HR Business Partner (QSR)

Location: Remote, with residency required in Delaware, Maryland, the District of Columbia, or Virginia and extensive regional travel.

Salary: $115,000–$143,000 per year in the United States, with geographic-specific compensation.

What you will do

• Partner strategically with Regional Vice Presidents, Market Operations Directors, and multi-unit field leadership across several markets.
• Translate people strategy into workforce planning, retention, leadership capability, culture, and operational initiatives.
• Diagnose turnover, staffing, leadership, and team-effectiveness challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead field execution of performance cycles, compensation reviews, organizational design changes, and HR system launches.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex employee-relations matters and coach leaders on policies, investigations, and performance management.
• Support talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, change management, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, including significant multi-unit operations experience in QSR, food and beverage, hospitality, or retail.
• Experience translating people strategy into scalable initiatives and operating as a senior individual contributor.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements across multiple states.
• Must reside in Delaware, Maryland, the District of Columbia, or Virginia; extensive regional travel is required.
