Strategic Business Partner (HR)

Location: London, UK; hybrid with 2 days in the London office per week. Applicants must live within a commutable distance and be legally eligible to work in the UK.

Salary: £78,969–£90,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR business partner to leadership team members and their extended management teams.
• Advise and coach the business on workforce planning, organisation design, change management, talent attraction, onboarding, talent management, engagement, employee relations, performance management, and rewards planning.
• Provide joined-up support across multiple functions, regions, jurisdictions, and time zones.
• Deliver People Plan projects and ensure consistent use of hirify.global tools, skills, and knowledge.
• Champion change management and identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the employee and manager experience.
• Collaborate with functional leaders, the People Experience team, legal counsel, and service providers.

Requirements

• Significant HR and HR business partnering experience across multiple jurisdictions in a matrix environment.
• Experience partnering with commercial sales or go-to-market teams, or with Data and Technology teams.
• Strong management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Experience across multiple HR disciplines and processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple geographies; UK work eligibility and no visa sponsorship required.
