Events Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States; hybrid

Salary: $175,000–$220,000 per year in California, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own the 12-month event calendar, including logistics, sponsorships, speaking submissions, and booth strategy.
• Plan and execute major industry conferences and flagship events.
• Define event goals, target audiences, and success metrics with Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Manage venues, event-production vendors, sponsorships, budgets, swag, collateral, and booth assets.
• Lead on-site staffing, signage, attendee experience, executive briefing preparation, and speaking support.
• Capture and hand off leads, then report event performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B technology field marketing or events, ideally in infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience managing external event-production agencies and execution vendors.
• Experience owning sponsorship negotiations and event budgets at meaningful scale.
• Ability to operate with minimal existing infrastructure in a fast-moving, pre-Series-B environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, California.
