IRL Engineer (AI/Event Marketing)

Location: New York, NY; on-site, with remote work also available from the NYC HQ arrangement

Salary: $100,000–$300,000 annual base compensation, plus bonus and equity

hirify.global is a Series B SaaS company building an AI-driven event marketing intelligence platform that helps businesses discover, evaluate, and optimize event strategies.

What you will do

• Build and execute the strategy for in-person interactions across owned events, conferences, field activations, and community experiences.
• Use the hirify.global platform to identify high-ROI customer and prospect engagement opportunities.
• Generate sales pipeline and strengthen customer and partner relationships through in-person interactions.
• Manage sponsorship negotiations, event budgets, logistics, and ROI reporting.
• Run meetups, customer dinners, micro-events, and executive gatherings.
• Partner with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and leadership to build AI Agents, scalable outreach systems, and measurement frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, experiential marketing, or a similar role at a B2B technology company.
• Experience managing event budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to connect in-person activities to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI for event logistics, budget management, outreach, and ROI optimization.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, execution, and goal achievement skills.
• Ability to build culture and elevate team performance in a fast-paced environment.
