Field Marketer (AI)

Location: On-site in New York City, with regular travel across the East Coast and periodic trips to the San Francisco headquarters

Salary: $155,000–$180,000 annually, plus equity

hirify.global is building a search engine for the AI era, with a Search API used by AI agents, Fortune 500 companies, and AI labs.

What you will do

• Own the East Coast regional field marketing program, including territory strategy, event formats, target audiences, cities, and quarterly investments.
• Plan and execute executive dinners, networking receptions, hackathons, sponsorships, partner events, and other lead-generating programs from concept through follow-up.
• Source venues, coordinate vendors and production, manage invitations and run-of-show documents, and oversee on-site execution.
• Partner with Account Executives and SDRs to target key accounts and personas, create event playbooks, and generate qualified meetings.
• Manage lead handoff and post-event follow-up with SDRs, Lifecycle Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
• Own regional budgets, vendor negotiations, cost per qualified lead, and AI-enabled operational workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience at a B2B technology company, including ownership of a regional program.
• Strong event execution skills, including run-of-show management, vendor coordination, on-site problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and manage cost per qualified lead.
• Experience building effective partnerships with sales teams and aligning events with target accounts.
• Knowledge of the New York market and availability to work in person in New York City.
• Experience managing event budgets, timelines, vendors, and AI-powered operational processes.

• Experience running events for technical or developer audiences and enterprise buyers.
• Experience building a field marketing program at an early-stage company.
• Experience with booth design, event technology, registration, badge scanning, on-site capture, and CRM integration.
• Experience organizing executive roundtables or advisory dinners for senior technical leaders.
• Experience creating reports to track event performance.
