Project Manager/Analyst, Associate (Spaceflight)

Location: Onsite in Houston at the Space Station Development Facility

What you will do

• Develop project plans and planning products covering product, organizational, and work breakdown structures, risks, costs, resources, and scope.
• Establish and maintain schedule, cost, resource, and scope baselines.
• Create and manage integrated master schedules across product, system, and module levels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, product managers, engineers, and program integration teams on scope, deliverables, status, and portfolio alignment.
• Track project progress, strategic benefit realization, and project controls methodology consistency.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting program and project timelines while supporting engineering development from concept through delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in program or project management, or related roles.
• Experience managing large, complex programs or projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Experience working in an agile environment and translating agile practices into effective scheduling.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or similar scheduling tools, plus advanced reporting, Power BI dashboards, and schedule analysis.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation and provide proof of U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency.
