Location: Hybrid, with 1–2 days onsite in Oakland, California

Salary: $59,812–$94,440 USD gross annually

What you will do

• Support recurring and routine enterprise integration projects and assist senior analysts and project managers with complex deliverables.
• Track project backlogs, tasks, milestones, and sprint progress in Jira.
• Manage project portals, documentation, permissions, repositories, and version control in SharePoint.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for project KPIs, operational metrics, and delivery milestones.
• Track integration requests and support workflows through enterprise ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow and BMC Remedy.
• Support budget tracking, resource allocation analysis, expense monitoring, variance reporting, and requirements gathering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of related business, systems, or project support experience.
• Practical experience with Jira and SharePoint, including task tracking, board management, site administration, library management, and document version control.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Baseline knowledge of budgeting, accounting concepts, and expense tracking.
• A valid California driver’s license may be required for local travel between facilities.

Nice to have

• Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar ticketing systems.
• Experience in utility, energy, or large-scale IT enterprise environments.
• Foundational knowledge of database structures, SQL, and business process mapping.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
