Focus on maintaining resource-loaded schedules, resolving schedule drivers, analyzing variances, and delivering actionable metrics to leadership.

Location: Greater Seattle Area, United States. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees under export control regulations.

Base pay range: $123,611–$188,207 per year, depending on site and state. Listed ranges include $134,434–$188,207 for California and Washington, and $123,611–$173,055 for Colorado.

hirify.global develops reusable space vehicles and systems, including Blue Moon lunar landers and infrastructure for transporting crew and cargo to the lunar surface.

What you will do

  • Facilitate schedule management for multiple Integrated Product Teams within the MK1 Program Management Operations team.
  • Establish and maintain fully networked, resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules.
  • Coordinate status updates and track schedule and project performance.
  • Deliver actionable metrics and insights to program leadership.
  • Work with Integrated Product Teams to resolve schedule drivers and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Support cost and schedule planning for complex lunar lander missions.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, project management, or another highly analytical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in program scheduling; aerospace or R&D program experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software.
  • Experience with earned value management, including cost and schedule baselining, reforecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ability to manage cost and schedule independently and build trust with professional stakeholders.
  • Must satisfy U.S. export control eligibility requirements and complete the required background check.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting vehicle build and test lifecycle phases.
  • Experience with Primavera P6, government audits, DCMA/DCAA, or joint site surveillance.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, and financial project reporting.
  • Experience with data management and automation, including AI agents, SQL, Excel VBA, or Baserow.
