What you will do

• Plan, organize, execute, monitor, coordinate, and control assigned project activities.
• Deliver project tasks within agreed contract requirements, schedule, cost, scope, and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain project schedules and prepare monthly status reports.
• Collect and report project progress data, including financial and cost information.
• Support the Program Manager with contract compliance, financial management, and subcontractor management.
• Coordinate and negotiate with functional disciplines to complete required work.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, a technical discipline, or equivalent project management experience.
• 0–3 years of project management experience.
• Skills in scheduling, organization, communication, problem-solving, cost and risk management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Customer relations skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship and attest to having no dual citizenship to meet NOFORN requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle or ERP software.
• Military experience, especially in the U.S. Navy.
