What you will do
- Perform daily financial checks and reconciliations to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Analyze, resolve, and monitor chargeback disputes.
- Manage financial adjustments for users and prepare bank refunds.
- Maintain daily reports and ledgers.
- Support month-end closing activities and documentation.
- Recommend process improvements to streamline operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Mandarin proficiency required for managing regional customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
