Senior Finance Associate

What you will do

• Manage daily finance and accounting operations, maintain accurate records, and support timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory and tax requirements, including SST, corporate tax, withholding tax, and e-Invoicing.
• Perform bank reconciliations, investigate outstanding items, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, audit support documents, and regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation, process automation, digitalisation, and system enhancements.
• Support company integration activities, including process harmonisation, data migration, chart of accounts alignment, and post-merger finance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, tax compliance, and e-Invoicing requirements.
• Hands-on experience with finance operations, general ledger accounting, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, or similar accounting platforms.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, process improvement, automation, or business integration initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
