TL;DR
Finance Manager (Crypto/Fintech) (IFRS and multi-jurisdictional finance): Managing consolidated financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll, treasury, budgeting, and statutory obligations for a regulated crypto-fintech group with an accent on multi-entity consolidation and cross-border regulatory compliance. Focus on driving accounting automation, coordinating audits and banking relationships, and maintaining accurate financial controls across up to 13 entities.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

is building financial infrastructure for stablecoins, cross-border payments, real-world assets, banking infrastructure, embedded finance, and operational intelligence across the Morocco-to-Malaysia corridor.
What you will do
- Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements for up to 13 entities across multiple jurisdictions under IFRS.
- Manage tax planning, tax filings, payroll, treasury coordination, and statutory reporting across jurisdictions.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and provide management commentary.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, regulators, government bodies, company secretaries, fund administrators, and legal counsel.
- Develop finance procedures and internal controls while maintaining compliant financial records.
- Drive automation of accounting and reporting processes and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certification.
- 5–7 years of progressive finance experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated financial services.
- Strong IFRS reporting and multi-entity consolidation experience.
- Hands-on experience with multi-jurisdictional tax compliance and payroll.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, variance analysis, ERP, and accounting systems.
- Working knowledge of at least one of VARA, CBB, OJK, or Labuan FSA regulatory frameworks, with experience working with regulators, auditors, and banking partners.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with digital asset accounting, crypto custody platforms such as Fireblocks, or blockchain analytics tools.
