Salary: $120,000–$165,000 Annually

What you will do

• Plan and execute the development phase of turreted weapon systems from contract award to production.
• Lead technical teams across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines to ensure performance and programmatic success.
• Manage system integration, prototyping, and debugging of complex electro-mechanical subsystems.
• Maintain configuration control and accurate Bills of Material throughout the program lifecycle.
• Develop test plans, assembly instructions, and define necessary tooling and test equipment.
• Support field testing, business development, and proposal activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience working with complex systems.
• Experience with configuration control of complex electro-mechanical systems, preferably in military or aerospace.
• Ability to understand dynamic control architectures, performance simulations, and technical schematics.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
• Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Masters Degree in Engineering.
• Familiarity with military ground-mobile applications and direct fire weapons.
• Experience with target acquisition systems such as sights and range finders.
