What you will do

• Direct and manage large-scale project development from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, communication documents, and progress reports.
• Manage resources, internal staffing, and external vendors.
• Lead continuous improvement events and perform root cause analysis on operational gaps.
• Draft budget proposals and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

Requirements

• Must be a US applicant
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in large-scale project management.
• Strong proficiency in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Proven ability to manage people and processes to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
