Project Manager Equipment

Location: Maitland, Florida, or Fort Myers, Florida; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a choice of work location on Fridays

Salary: $58,045–$80,640 annual base salary; incentive eligible

What you will do

• Manage equipment projects from initiation through completion, including scope, schedules, budgets, and daily administration.
• Review construction schedules, generate ship-status reports, and track product lead times, tasks, dependencies, estimates, and milestones.
• Coordinate equipment, controls, services, pricing, material orders, vendor orders, purchase orders, and equipment start-up work orders.
• Create cost estimates, maintain forecasted cost-at-completion accuracy, and manage project cash flow, progress billing, collections support, and resources.
• Resolve freight damage and missing-freight issues with customers, warehouses, and claims teams while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate corrective actions and transition completed warranty work to the service process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business management preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or construction management preferred.
• Financial management and project budgeting experience required.
• Working knowledge of construction disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus HVAC, electrical systems, and temperature controls.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, multitasking, and learning skills for a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with Microsoft software and Teams, with the ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
