Senior Electronics Lab Technician (IoT)

What you will do

• Prepare and execute chip and product qualification tests in collaboration with IC designers and test engineers.
• Build measurement setups and test packaged samples and bare dies using a die prober.
• Configure and operate test automation software, prototyping equipment, and production test equipment.
• Solder components, assemble hardware, and design printed circuit boards.
• Purchase laboratory materials and components and maintain lab infrastructure.
• Compile, evaluate, and process test data to define appropriate process and material specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a related technician degree.
• Basic knowledge of integrated circuit components and the ability to interpret datasheets and technical documentation.
• Experience with PCB design software and standard test and measurement equipment, including spectrum analyzers, power meters, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
• Experience programming and using test automation equipment.
• Effective written and spoken Portuguese and English communication skills.
