Solution Architect - MSSP (Cybersecurity)

Location: Germany - Remote; travel domestically and internationally up to 40%

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical advocate for MSSP and MSP partners, supporting new partnership acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.
• Design and operationalize CrowdStrike-powered managed security offerings with partner architects and sales engineers.
• Design scalable, multi-tenant architectures aligned with partner service delivery models and go-to-market strategies.
• Build workflows, playbooks, automation, API integrations, data pipelines, and SIEM/SOAR connectivity.
• Develop technical enablement plans, self-service solutions, demo environments, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Channel teams to resolve partner issues and support platform improvements.

Requirements

• Significant technical experience with modern security platforms and managed security services.
• Experience in a security-focused Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role.
• Experience building technology partnerships, recruiting partners, and expanding revenue within existing relationships.
• Knowledge of MSSP business models, including multi-tenancy, white-labeling, service packaging, and consumption-based licensing.
• Experience with APIs, scripting, data exchange formats, business development, and technical presentations.
• Written and spoken business-level German and English required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

Nice to have

• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or VBScript.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, or XDR platforms in an MSSP context.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant security platform management and MSSP operational tooling.
