What you will do

• Own the technical strategy of enterprise opportunities from initial conversation through signed deal.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and product evaluations with DAX and Fortune 500 customers.
• Build prototypes, proof of concepts, and custom extensions that demonstrate measurable business value.
• Design scalable solutions integrating hirify.global into complex enterprise environments.
• Build relationships with procurement leaders, IT teams, architects, and C-level stakeholders.
• Work with Product and Engineering to turn customer requirements into scalable platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud environments, or software development.
• Ability to build and adapt technical solutions without necessarily working as a full-time engineer.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technology to engineers, architects, procurement teams, and executives.
• Ownership, customer empathy, technical curiosity, and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Interest in AI and enterprise software adoption.

Nice to have

• Experience influencing enterprise buying decisions or closing complex technical deals.
• Experience in procurement or knowledge of ERP systems is not required.
