Applied AI Architect, Industries (AI)

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid policy with staff expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time. Occasional travel to customer sites is required.

What you will do

• Partner with account executives to understand enterprise requirements and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Advise customers throughout Claude adoption, from technical discovery and evaluation through deployment.
• Support integrations using the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Design scalable architectures and help customers integrate Claude with existing enterprise technology stacks.
• Create technical content and explain complex concepts to engineering teams, IT stakeholders, and executives.
• Help develop evaluation frameworks and share integration patterns with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Native or C1 German and fluent English proficiency required.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
• Comfort with Python and familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools, machine learning, or data science.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or professional experience in a relevant field.
