Solution Architect (SaaS)

Location: Remote within Germany, with the listed locations of Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich

What you will do

• Engage technical decision-makers and influencers at strategic customer accounts, using business and industry context to support digital transformation.
• Run data workshops and create implementation plans aligned with customer goals and technical environments.
• Lead pilots, proofs of concept, value optimization, and transitions from pilots to production deployments.
• Troubleshoot implementation and campaign deployment issues and provide technical solutions.
• Identify and resolve architecture blockers through configuration changes and sample coding, escalating issues when needed.
• Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams to remove technical blockers and guide customer strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in complex technical deployment, architecture, design, implementation, or support of highly distributed applications.
• Experience building technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or strategic accounts.
• Extensive experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, REST, XML, or database technologies.
• Strong communication skills in English and German are required.
