VP Of Applied AI & Internal Systems

What you will do

• Own the company-wide AI adoption strategy, including tool evaluation, security and compliance reviews, procurement, provisioning, access management, and ROI reporting.
• Build and lead a forward-deployed engineering and product team that ships custom AI-native tools and agents for Finance, People, Legal, Support, and Operations.
• Own CRM, ERP, HRIS, procurement, customer success, and other enterprise systems, setting the architecture, integration roadmap, and build-versus-buy strategy.
• Lead business systems integration and technical and operational due diligence for acquisitions.
• Govern core data domains and align Finance, Revenue, and Operations on shared business metrics.
• Direct corporate IT, identity and access management, device lifecycle, network infrastructure, end-user support, security operations, and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior technical or operating leadership in a high-growth business, with direct budget and hiring ownership.
• Experience building and leading forward-deployed or embedded engineering teams that ship working software rapidly.
• Experience leading internal platforms, tools, or applied AI and agents teams, including technical hiring decisions.
• Experience integrating systems, data, and teams after an acquisition into one operating model.
• Deep fluency in enterprise application architecture, system integration, and data management, including CRM, ERP, and HRIS.
• Strong grounding in AI tooling, agentic workflows, IT operations, identity management, and security controls.

• Experience in logistics or operations.
• Background in technology or technology-enabled businesses.
