What you will do

• Act as the primary technical and program contact for data center and server customers.
• Manage end-to-end programs for heat sinks, heat pipes, vapor chambers, cold plates, liquid cooling components, and related assemblies.
• Coordinate thermal engineering, mechanical design, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer engineering teams.
• Drive programs from concept through design validation, prototype builds, engineering verification testing, mass production, and production ramp.
• Support system-level thermal integration, performance evaluation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for high-power computing environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, or hardware project management.
• Experience with thermal solutions such as heat sinks, heat pipes, vapor chambers, cold plates, or liquid cooling systems.
• Experience supporting OEM customers in server, electronics, or hardware industries.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data centers, server platforms, high-performance computing systems, AI servers, or GPU platforms.
• Knowledge of NPI processes and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Bilingual Mandarin communication skills.
