Project Manager (Data Center Infrastructure)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; remote work with on-site work required. Travel up to 25% across the specified US region.

What you will do

• Oversee project delivery from pre-construction planning through turnover, maintaining schedule, budget, safety, and quality performance.
• Coordinate engineering, commissioning, service, and manufacturing teams to maintain alignment and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare project plans and budgets, control costs, and remain accountable for project financial performance.
• Ensure field conditions remain aligned with design intent across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
• Lead inspections, audits, startup activities, commissioning readiness, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Communicate with senior management, clients, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or another technical or construction-related discipline.
• 7+ years of project leadership experience, including 4+ years in mission-critical infrastructure or data center delivery.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects in mission-critical environments.
• Experience overseeing commissioning, Level 3–5 testing, and integrated system delivery.
• Strong organizational, communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work remotely with on-site work in Dallas, TX and travel up to 25% across the specified US region.
