Senior Software Release Technical Program Manager (Hyperscale)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; primarily in-office work is required at the Santa Clara office.

Annual base salary: $170,000–$255,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end release plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and coordination across Product, Engineering, QA, and Security.
• Lead concurrent technical program workstreams spanning mechanical and electrical engineering, firmware, operating systems, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Manage release branch health, bug scrubs, critical issue triage, and criteria for merging software payloads using Git-based workflows.
• Drive Product Lifecycle phase exit reviews for Phases 0–3, including exit criteria, approvals, and executive-level decision reviews.
• Identify critical paths, bottlenecks, and risks while facilitating technical decisions and resolving cross-functional conflicts.
• Manage Capex planning, financial tracking, post-release retrospectives, and process improvements that accelerate time to market.

Requirements

• Expertise in end-to-end technical program management for complex hardware systems and integrated software or firmware stacks.
• Proven experience guiding high-tech or data center products through NPI phases, including EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production.
• Exceptional executive communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex program information for leadership decision-making.
• Experience with program budget management, product cost analysis, and financial data-driven strategy.
• Ability to work from the Santa Clara office in a primarily in-office environment.
