Hardware Technical Program Manager (Hyperscale)

Location: Santa Clara, California; primarily in-office at the Santa Clara, CA office

Annual base salary: $170,000–$255,000 USD. The role may also be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle execution for data center storage solutions from product vision through mass production.
• Lead products through EVT, DVT, PVT, and high-volume MP ramp phases.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, firmware, operating system, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain activities.
• Lead executive-level phase-gate reviews, present program updates, and support product trajectory decisions.
• Manage program budgets, product costs, master build schedules, scope, and delivery timing.
• Act as the execution bridge between product management, engineering, supply chain, contract manufacturers, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Expertise in technical program management for complex hardware systems and integrated software or firmware stacks.
• Proven experience with new product introduction and product lifecycle management in a high-tech or data center environment.
• Experience managing EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production phases.
• Strong executive communication skills, including synthesizing complex program information for decision-making reviews.
• Experience managing program budgets, analyzing product costs, and using financial data to guide program strategy and scope.
• Ability to work from the Santa Clara, California office under hirify.global’s primarily in-office policy.
