Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Compute Firmware (AI)

Salary: $157,000–$210,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end NPI for next-generation DC-SCM hardware and firmware from concept and architecture through design, validation, manufacturing, and production ramp.
• Drive firmware development, qualification, and release processes for BIOS, BMC, and CPLD components.
• Build program plans, roadmaps, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Coordinate Product Management, Hardware Design, Firmware, Software, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, track timelines, budget, and quality metrics, and resolve technical and logistical challenges.
• Communicate program status and critical decisions to senior leadership while contributing to technical problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of technical program management experience in the hardware industry, with a strong focus on NPI.
• Experience delivering complex hardware and firmware products from concept through mass production.
• Strong understanding of firmware development lifecycles and BIOS, BMC, and CPLD components.
• Understanding of GPU architectures, semiconductor fabrication, board design, power delivery, thermal management, and system integration.
• Must meet U.S. export-control access requirements, including U.S. person status, authorization eligibility, or eligibility to obtain the required authorization.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA.
• Experience with GPU or high-performance compute architecture NPI.
• Experience with international manufacturing partners, supply chains, PDM/PLM systems, quality processes, or agile hardware development.
• Familiarity with hardware industry standards and regulatory compliance.
