Backup Care Fulfillment Specialist

Location: Dallas, Texas 75204; hybrid schedule with in-office work Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Business hours are 7:00am–3:30pm CST, Monday–Friday.

Salary: $20–$21 per hour, non-negotiable.

What you will do

• Review member needs and research suitable backup care options.
• Contact contracted network providers and arrange care for children, dependents, and adult loved ones.
• Communicate with members and providers by telephone and email.
• Provide customer service and maintain client and provider satisfaction.
• Document case information in the LifeCare CRM and track support issues using call-tracking tools.
• Meet department standards for productivity, performance, and case quality.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in a call center or related field.
• Familiarity or experience in child care and/or adult care.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet call center metrics and quality standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Computer literacy, keyboarding skills, and experience with Microsoft and Google applications.
