Supply Chain Manager (Aerospace & Defense)

What you will do

• Execute the procure-to-pay process, including requisitions, RFQ/RFP support, purchase orders, order tracking, receiving, and invoice reconciliation.
• Support sourcing execution by collecting supplier quotes, contributing to cost analysis, and coordinating supplier selection with engineering.
• Manage supplier coordination and performance across on-time delivery, quality, cost, and responsiveness.
• Expedite open orders, identify lead-time and shortage risks, and communicate updates to engineering, manufacturing, finance, and program teams.
• Track inventory, inbound logistics, receiving, and material flow through ERP/MRP systems.
• Improve procurement workflows, data visibility, reporting, documentation, and audit traceability as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or sourcing within aerospace, defense, automotive, or hardware environments.
• Experience executing procure-to-pay processes and coordinating suppliers.
• Experience with RFP/RFQ processes and supplier selection support.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of ITAR, DFARS, and FAR compliance is required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
