What you will do

• Oversee production line setup and layout to maximize workflow efficiency.
• Plan production capacity, allocate resources, and optimize equipment utilization.
• Streamline manufacturing workflows and lead initiatives to reduce waste.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Use CAD and AutoCAD tools to design and optimize production layouts.
• Analyze production data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in semiconductor, optoelectronics, or volume engineering.
• Proven experience in production line setup, capacity planning, and resource management.
• Proficiency with CAD and AutoCAD tools.
• Strong background in workflow optimization, time studies, motion studies, ergonomics, and waste reduction.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
