What you will do

• Operate Diamond Turning machines and perform machine set-ups during part changeovers.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and report scrap or faulty equipment to leadership.
• Record daily output data and provide status updates during morning briefings.
• Coordinate with other shift staff to ensure smooth handover and machine continuity.
• Ensure machines are properly warmed up and fully utilized throughout the shift.

Requirements

• GCE ’O’ Level or Technical Certificate and above.
• Proven working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform machine set-ups independently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to do shift work when required.
