Industrial Engineer (Fresh Grads Welcome)

What you will do

• Perform methods engineering analysis, including process design and time-and-motion studies.
• Participate in industrial engineering projects, applying quality tools, supporting processes, cost analysis, and return-on-investment calculations.
• Conduct ergonomics and human factors evaluations and improve work-area designs.
• Develop manufacturing facility layouts, material handling systems, staging areas, and warehousing solutions.
• Support new product introductions through line-side and floor-stock setup, hand-tool introductions, and manufacturing line setup.
• Calculate and maintain capacity data for materials processing, people, space, and production equipment while supporting manufacturing and logistics teams.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome; the role is designated for a new college graduate.
• Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within an engineering discipline.
• General business knowledge gained through education or experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems and make judgments based on analysis.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, work in tight spaces, bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, lift, distinguish colors, and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in environments with noise and, when required, in clean rooms using appropriate personal protective equipment.
