What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners in Spanish and English.
- Provide primary legal advice to the Barcelona international headquarters.
- Support cross-border projects and international business initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage corporate governance matters, including corporate books, board resolutions, and filings.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, Commercial, Privacy, Technology, and Medical teams on legal matters.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of post-qualification legal experience.
- Substantial experience negotiating commercial contracts, advising on corporate governance, and supporting data protection matters in an international environment.
- Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal and regulatory risks with practical, commercially focused solutions.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with cross-functional business teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry.
